If you would like to speak to someone in our Customer Service Department about discontinuing service, please drop by any of our four office locations or call 1-800-240-3400 and a Customer Service Representative will happy to assist you.

Please have your account number(s) readily accessible and be able to provide positive verbal or picture identification, forwarding address and phone numbers where you can be reached during the day. Please also indicate if you have security lights or more than one account that needs to be disconnected.

Disconnects require 24-hour notification Monday-Friday. If you call on Friday, the disconnect will be worked the following operating business day, which will normally be the following Monday.
