 Underground lines are available to members for either their home or business. Costs for underground lines will vary depending on the length of service. There are also additional fees for underground service to shops, barns, garages, and other non-residential buildings that are metered separately from the residence, as well as fees for converting existing overhead lines from overhead service to underground service.
